We work weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and weekends by appointment. We are not an around-the-clock emergency company and we will not pretend to be one. For something urgent during business hours, call or text 416-579-6140 and we will give you a straight answer about when we can get there. If water is actively coming in, shut off the supply at the valve or the main first.

Yes. LR Plumbing Inc. is licensed and insured. Some condo and commercial buildings ask for documentation before work starts — tell us and we will send it over.

What it is doing, and where. A photo helps more than a description — text one of the fixture, the valve, or the leak, and we can usually tell you what we are looking at before we arrive. If you know the brand or model, that lets us bring the right part.
