Toilet Repair
Running toilets, weak flush, rocking pans and water showing at the base.
What you’re dealing with
It runs on after flushing, the flush has gone weak, the pan rocks, or there is damp appearing around the base.
A toilet that runs quietly can waste more water than everything else in the house combined. Most repairs are inexpensive parts fitted properly.
What the work may involve
- Replacing fill valves, flappers, flush valves and seals
- Adjusting fill level and flush volume
- Re-seating the pan on a new seal, and repairing a dropped flange
- Clearing blocked rim jets that cause a weak flush
- Checking the shut-off and supply connector while the water is off
Every job is different. This is what these jobs usually include, not a fixed scope — we will tell you what yours needs once we have seen it.
